ReplyDeleteIt is a headband by Gail Sorronda that also came in black.
I bought it at a sample sale but keep an eye out on eBay - I've seen it pop up there from time to time.
You could probably DIY though..it is a sort of thread wrapped around something sturdy / bendy with elastic looped through the back for securing :)
